Tibetan Bowl Sound Mindfulness Meditation Class
Experience the healing power of mindfulness meditation each Monday from 7:15-8:15pm (donation class with a $10 suggested donation). During this one hour class, for the first 15 minutes, you will be guided to focus your attention on your breath while using non-judgmental awareness of physical sensations, thoughts, and feelings through sitting meditation. Then for the next 25 minutes, you will be bathed in the sacred sounds of the authentic Tibetan Bowls, deepening your meditative state. Each meditation session will leave you feeling renewed, centered, and at peace. This class will help reconnect you with your sense of wholeness and teach you how to experience greater balance in your life.
