Classes & Workshops

     All first-time students only pay $5 for their first classRestorative yoga poses will relax and calm your entire body and mind. These slow gentle postures are supported by props and allow the entire body to open as you relax. This is a class that is slow and low to the ground. It is a safe class and great for all levels. Mats and props are provided, just wear comfortable clothes and arrive 5-10 min. early.      Experience the healing power of mindfulness meditation each Monday from 7:15-8:15pm (donation class with a $10 suggested donation). During this one hour class, for the first 15 minutes, you will be guided to focus your attention on your breath while using non-judgmental awareness of physical sensations, thoughts, and feelings through sitting meditation. Then for the next 25 minutes, you will be bathed in the sacred sounds of the authentic Tibetan Bowls, deepening your meditative state.  Each meditation session will leave you feeling renewed, centered, and at peace. This class will help reconnect you with your sense of wholeness and teach you how to experience greater balance in your life.

     All first-time students only pay $5 for their first class. This safe and beginner hatha yoga class is great for students who are wanting to expand their yoga practice and is perfect for beginners. During this class, you will learn how to breathe deep as you gently stretch and match your movements to your breath. After each beginner hatha yoga class, you will leave feeling centered and invigorated. Mats and props are provided, just wear comfortable clothes and arrive 5-10 min. early.      All first-time students only pay $5 for their first class. This is a level 2 class that uses hatha yoga postures where you gently flow from one posture to the next. This class is great for those who are familiar with various yoga postures and don't mind building a little internal heat during their practice. This class is gentle enough for many beginners, but it is recommended that you contact us first if you have any questions weather this class is appropriate for your level of practice and physical abilities.
